1/1/05 Sale of Management OperationsOn January 1, 2005, TM Equities Inc., formerly known as Thompson Michie Associates Inc., sold its management operations to R. Eric Thompson, CCIM and Trenton S. Michie, CPM. As part of the transaction, Messer's Thompson and Michie purchased the name "Thompson Michie Associates" and formed a new company called Thompson Michie Associates, LLC. TM Equities Inc. will now focus its energies on investment and acquisition of Real Property throughout the intermountain region.
